Data service

Property market comparables

Transaction and listing comparables across sixteen markets, served as market pages and as an API. Built for developers and analysts, and kept separate from the advisory practices.

This service is not part of the advisory work. It is a data product with its own users, and it carries no investment or valuation opinion: a comparable is a record of what was listed or transacted, not an assessment of what a property is worth.

Markets

Sixteen markets, drawn from official government registries, and 51 million recorded transactions. Most have their own site with the comparables for that market; the rest are reached through the API.

Seattle, Phoenix, Denver and Pittsburgh are served through the unified United States interface rather than their own sites. Irish records currently end 31 December 2021.

Access

The comparables are reachable three ways: as market pages in the browser, through the API directly, or through RapidAPI if you already buy your data there. The API is documented and versioned, and responses state the coverage they were drawn from.

The endpoint reference is at api.nwc-advisory.com/docs, and the OpenAPI specification at openapi.json.

Other tools

Two further tools run on the same infrastructure and are unrelated to the advisory practices.

Comparables are records of listings and transactions drawn from published sources. They are not valuations, appraisals or investment advice, and no representation is made that any figure reflects the current market value of any property.
